All GasKnight products come with an automatic manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months. We also offer a free warranty extension upon sign up. To sign up for the free warranty extension, you may click the relevant link below.
For questions or inquiries requiring a response, we will respond within 24 hours. To file warranty claims, the customer may contact us using the WARRANTY CLAIM FORM, emailing us at Jim@ChicagoSuperior.com, or calling us at +1 224 477 5846.
Warranty period begins on the purchase date and lasts until 12 months after the date of shipment. There is also an option for warranty extension. Valid warranty claims are eligible for a full refund, repair, or replacement. Proof of purchase and evidence of the defect are required in order to file a warranty claim.
If it has been determined that the detector is defective and the customer wants to repair the detector, the customer can send the detector back to us, and we will test and repair the detector before sending it back to the customer.
